基于Lotus Domino/Notes的专家会签系统的设计与实现

该文针对传统的项目申报流程中专家审批环节的缺点,结合枣庄学院当前专家审批的实际情况,基于Lotus Domino/Notes平台设计并开发了专家会签系统,实现了专家审批过程的异地性、自动化和网络化,保证了专家审批的公平性和透明性。

一种分布式拒绝服务攻击的检测模型

提出了一种实时检测网络是否受到DDoS攻击的新模型,解决了传统检测方法难以区分突变正常流量与异常流量的问题.结合网络正常流量的特点,提出了检测DDoS攻击的新度量和检测算法.该算法不仅结构简洁、运算速度快;而且能够充分利用已知信息,具有较强的抗干扰能力.实际检测结果表明,本模型可实现时DDoS攻击的实时检测.     

Global Asymptotic Robust Stability and Global Exponential Robust Stability of Neural Networks with Time-Varying Delays

In this paper, based on nonnegative matrix theory, the Halanay’s inequality and Lyapunov functional, some novel sufficient conditions for global asymptotic robust stability and global exponential robust stability of neural networks with time-varying delays are presented. It is shown that our results improve and generalize several previous results derived in the literatures. From the obtained results, some linear matrix inequality criteria are derived. Finally, a simulation is given to show the effectiveness of the results.     

改进Chan-Vese模型的电力设备红外图像分割算法

针对电力设备在线监测系统中红外图像分割效果差,速度慢等问题,提出一种改进的Chan-Vese模型的红外图像分割算法。首先,通过引入边缘能量项,一方面增强模型的局部控制能力,另一方面有效抑制了轮廓偏移。其次,利用径向基函数取代了传统的长度正则项,简化了计算。然后,通过引入内部能量项省去初始化过程,节省了算法的运行时间。经实验验证,Dice重合率（Dice similarity coefficient, DSC）平均值为0.9808,错误分割率（ratio of segmentation error, RSE）平均值为0.025,算法运行时间比其他模型总体平均值低66.8%。改进后的Chan-Vese模型分割算法的Dice重合率和错误分割率等均优于GAC-CV、CV-RSF、区域型水平集和Multiphase-CV模型分割算法。     

Globally Exponential Stability for Delayed Neural Networks Under Impulsive Control

In this paper, the dynamic behaviors of a class of neural networks with time-varying delays are investigated. Some less weak sufficient conditions based on p-norm and ∞-norm are obtained to guarantee the existence, uniqueness of the equilibrium point for the addressed neural networks without impulsive control by applying homeomorphism theory. And then, by utilizing inequality technique, Lyapunov functional method and the analysis method, some new and useful criteria of the globally exponential stability with respect to the equilibrium point under impulsive control we assumed are derived based on p-norm and ∞-norm, respectively. Finally, an example with simulation is given to show the effectiveness of the obtained results.     

基于MX组件的三菱PLC监控系统设计及应用

介绍了基于MX组件的三菱PLC监控系统设计过程及应用,以MX组件作为底层驱动接口,采用C#程序调用ACT控件中的函数,实现了上位机PC与不同型号三菱PLC之间的通信,奠定了监控系统设计的基础。并以三菱FX2NPLC为例,采用RS485为通信方式,完成了上位机PC对该PLC软元件状态与数据的实时采集和控制,在此基础上开发了某测试系统人机界面,经现场实际运行表明,效果良好。     

Analysis of roof and pillar failure associated with weak floor at a limestone mine

A limestone mine in Ohio has had instability problems that have led to massive roof falls extending to the surface. This study focuses on the role that weak, moisture-sensitive floor has in the instability issues.Previous NIOSH research related to this subject did not include analysis for weak floor or weak bands and recommended that when such issues arise they should be investigated further using a more advanced analysis. Therefore, to further investigate the observed instability occurring on a large scale at the Ohio mine, FLAC3 D numerical models were employed to demonstrate the effect that a weak floor has on roof and pillar stability. This case study will provide important information to limestone mine operators regarding the impact of weak floor causing the potential for roof collapse, pillar failure, and subsequent subsidence of the ground surface.
